Pastor Nick Hawkins is the lead pastor of Redemption Church in Medical Lake. Pastor Nick and Aimee are passionate about equipping the church with a strong understanding of the Bible and leading people in the mission of reaching people for Christ. 

Pastors Dennis & Cala have faithfully served in ministry for over 50 years, sharing a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. They lead our seniors ministry, The Classics, and oversee our Small Groups, creating meaningful opportunities for connection and community. When they're not serving, they enjoy spending time at their cabin in Montana and making memories with their grandchildren.

Paster Lennelle grew up in Medical Lake, Washington, and graduated from Northwest University before earning her master's degree from Nelson University. She is passionate about helping kids know and follow Jesus and loves seeing their lives transformed by His love. When she's not serving, you'll find her dominating at Connect 4, watching Hallmark movies, cheering on hockey, and proudly saying, Go Chiefs!

Pastors Erick & Krista Baraza have been serving in ministry for over 15 years across both the United States and Kenya. Their passion is to see the next generation encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.

Together, they are committed to investing in kids and teens, believing that young people are not just the future of the Church—they are a vital part of it today. Erick oversees the youth ministry, where he loves equipping students to boldly follow Christ, while Krista leads the kids ministry, creating fun, engaging environments where children can experience God's love and build a strong foundation of faith.

Married for six years, Erick and Krista enjoy doing life and ministry together. When they're not serving at church, you'll probably find Erick adding another pair of Nike shoes to his collection, while Krista is never far from her favorite iced coffee. They also love traveling together, exploring new places, and making memories wherever God takes them.

Their greatest desire is to see lives transformed by Jesus and to empower the next generation to know Him, love Him, and make Him known.
