What To Expect

Services

We Look Forward To Meeting You!

Welcome to Redemption Church. Come in and feel at home! Our greeters will say hello to you and give you a welcome packet with a free gift. You will not be asked to stand up or identify yourself as a guest. When you fill out your Connection Card and drop it in the offering basket you can indicate your interest in getting connected here at Redemption Church.

What should I wear?

Come as you are—there is no dress code. A comfortable casual style with jeans is okay, and “Sunday best” is just fine, too.

offering

As a guest, please don't feel an obligation to participate in the offering. We have a wooden box in the back of the sanctuary to anonymously drop your offering and/or missions off. You can also mail it to PO Box 880, Medical lake, WA 99022 or you can give online.

Family Friendly

Our nursery provides care during our Sunday morning service. We also have exciting classes for every age group. Children are also welcome to stay with their parents in the main service. All kids' ministry leaders and volunteers are established attenders who have been vetted via a background check. Once you check in, only the family/friends you designate will be able to pick up your children from our kids' ministry areas.

Communion

Communion is usually observed on the first Sunday of the month. You do not need to be a member of Redemption Church to participate, and children are also welcome. (The emblems served are a small cracker and grape juice.)

Gifts of the SPirit

We are a church of the Word and the Spirit! We believe in the Scriptures in 1 Corinthians chapters 12–14.

  • We desire the Holy Spirit to move freely among us in all the gifts of the Spirit.

  • God’s love, the fruit of the Spirit, takes precedence in all that we do.

  • We make room for the operation of the vocal gifts of the Spirit to edify, exhort, and comfort the body with proper oversight and   order.

Therefore, if you are a known part of our local body and you feel led to speak in a vocal gift, simply approach one of the pastors during service and wait for their guidance as to an appropriate time and opportunity.
